    Podcast pages allow you to easily upload and broadcast audio and video using step-by-step wizards.  Podcast pages also automatically create RSS web feeds to allow visitors to subscribe to your podcasts and syndicate your podcasts to popular applications such as iTunes®.  You can create a podcast episode using FLV, MP3, MP4, M4A, M4V, WMA and MOV files.
