My name is Jennifer Aldrich, and I'll be your teacher this semester. I recieved my teaching degree from Penn State University, spent some time working in the technology industry and then ventured back in to the education sector. I'm going to be teaching the technology course. We're going to begin by focusing on Podcasting and video editing, and then will venture in to other advanced topics as time allows. We'll be looking at the impact of disruptive tech like smart watches on the industry in unit 1, we'll cover an overview of the various types of design roles, and we'll be finishing up the semester in unit 3 by learning some basic html, css and javascript.
